My Story

(Or, How I Learned to Trust the Plot Twists)

Here’s what nobody tells you about success:

If the journey doesn’t match the destination, none of it feels right.

You can’t force your way to flow. You can’t strain your way to ease.

And you definitely can’t reach your next level using someone else’s map.

I learned this the scenic way: building a multi-million dollar jewelry brand-Lori Bonn Designs , scaling it to global success (in stores like Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomingdale's, and even on QVC), and then—plot twist—choosing to scale it down at its peak. Not because it wasn’t working, but because I realized that success without alignment is just expensive exhaustion.

Life has a way of teaching us what we need to learn. While I was scaling my business up—and then intentionally shifting gears—I was also:

   •   Raising two amazing kids (who taught me more about authenticity than any business book).

   •   Navigating a 30-year marriage (talk about mastering the art of evolution).

   •   Supporting family through illness (because life keeps it real).

Each twist in the road taught me something vital: your path doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s to be right. Sometimes the most powerful move is trusting that quiet knowing inside that says, “Something needs to shift.”

Now I help other leaders and entrepreneurs navigate their own pivot points. Using CliftonStrengths as our compass and my been-there-done-that wisdom as your guide, we turn those “something feels off” moments into clear direction.

Because here’s what I know for sure: When you align your success with how you’re naturally wired to operate, everything shifts. Decisions get clearer. Leadership feels natural. Growth becomes less about pushing and more about flowing.

(And yes, I’ll put the kettle on. Whenever you’re ready, let’s talk about what’s next for you.)
